Controls weight – Through eating right and regular exercise you can lose weight, improve your cardiovascular health, boost the immune system and increase your energy level. 150 minutes of moderate activity is good, in any way you can do it.  It doesn’t all have to be done at once, just add it throughout the day.

By completing acts of physical activities, the brain begins to produce more endorphins.  These chemicals help to make you feel happier and more relaxed during the day.  It can boost self-confidence and self-esteem, while lowering your stress levels therefore improving brain function.
  3. Fights disease – These healthy habits will also assist your body to stop certain health conditions from occurring, like heart disease, stroke and high blood pressure. It helps to reduce cholesterol and keeps the blood pressure in safe ranges.  Regular physical activities and having a proper diet also helps to prevent and manage your:

    4. Different Cancers
    5. Arthritis
